开关电源的工作过程相当容易理解,在线性电源中,让功率晶体管工作在线性模式,与线性电源不同的是,PWM开关电源是让功率晶体管工作在导通和关断的状态,在这两种状态中,加在功率晶体管上的伏-安乘积是很小的(在导通时,电压低,电流大;关断时,电压高,电流小)/功率器件上的伏安乘积就是功率半导体器件上所产生的损耗。
  与线性电源相比,PWM开关电源更为有效的工作过程是通过“斩波”,即把输入的直流电压斩成幅值等于输入电压幅值的脉冲电压来实现的。 脉冲的占空比由开关电源的控制器来调节。一旦输入电压被斩成交流方波,其幅值就可以通过变压器来升高或降低。通过增加变压器的二次绕组数就可以增加输出的电压值。最后这些交流波形经过整流滤波后就得到直流输出电压。
  控制器的主要目的是保持输出电压稳定,其工作过程与线性形式的控制器很类似。也就是说控制器的功能块、电压参考和误差放大器,可以设计成与线性调节器相同。他们的不同之处在于,误差放大器的输出(误差电压)在驱动功率管之前要经过一个电压/脉冲宽度转换单元。开关电源有两种主要的工作方式:正激式变换和升压式变换。尽管它们各部分的布置差别很小,但是工作过程相差很大,在特定的应用场合下各有优点。

工作电流小:从几毫安到几安都有,但由于大多数嵌入式电子产品的工作电流小于300mA,所以30~300mA 的电源IC在品种及数量上占较大的比例。

封装尺寸小:雷速体育近年来发展的便携式产品都采用贴片式器件,电源IC 也不例外,主要有SO 封装、SOT-23 封装,μMAX 封装及封装尺寸最小的SC-70 及zui新的SMD 封装等,使电源占的空间越来越小。

完善的保护措施:雷速体育新型电源IC 有完善的保护措施,这包括:输出过流限制、过热保护、短路保护及电池极性接反保护,使电源工作安全可靠,不易损坏。

耗电小及关闭电源功能:雷速体育新型电源IC 的静态电流都较小,一般为几十μA 到几百μA。个别微功耗的线性稳压器其静态电流仅1.1μA。另外,不少电源IC 有关闭电源控制端功能(用电平来控制),在关闭电源状态时IC 自身耗电在1μA 左右。由于它可使一部分电路不工作,可大大节省电能。例如,在无线通信设备上,在发送状态时可关闭接收电路;在未接收到信号时可关闭显示电路等。

有电源工作状态信号输出:雷速体育不少便携式电子产品中有单片机,在电源因过热或电池低电压而使输出电压下降一定百分数时,电源IC 有一个电源工作状态信号输给单片机,使单片机复位。利用这个信号也可以做成电源工作状态指示(当电池低电压时,有LED 显示)。

输出电压精度高:雷速体育一般的输出电压精度为±2~4%之间,有不少新型电源IC 的精度可达±0.5~±1%;并且输出电压温度系数较小,一般为±0.3~±0.5mV/℃,而有一些可达到±0.1mV/℃的水平。线性调整率一般为0.05%~0.1%/V,有的可达0.01%/V;负载调整率一般为0.3~0.5%/mA,有的可达0.01%/mA。

新型组合式电源IC:升压式DC/DC 变换器的效率高但纹波及噪声电压较大,低压差线性稳压器效率低但噪声最小,这两者结合组成的双输出电源IC 可较好地解决效率及噪声的问题。例如,数字电路部分采用升压式DC/DC 变换器电源而对噪声敏感的电路采用LDO 电源。这种电源IC 有MAX710/711,MAX1705/1706 等。另一种例子是电荷泵+LDO 组成,输出稳压的电荷泵电源IC,例如MAX868,它可输出0~-2VIN 可调的稳定电压,并可提供30mA 电流;MAX1673稳压型电荷泵电源IC 输出与VIN 相同的负压,输出电流可达125mA。

BIANJI

电源效率:电源效率和电源设计线路有密切的关系,高效率的电源可以提高电能的使用效率,在一定程度上可以降低电源的自身功耗和发热量。

击穿电压(Uaw,Ua):击穿前能连续加在保护器指定端的最高瞬间时电压值.过压保护在下列情况下被击穿: a)如果流过电阻元件的电流峰值超过1mA; b)如果过压引起流过保护器的电流峰值超过1mA.

端口吞吐量:端口吞吐量是指端口包转发能力,通常使用pps:包每秒来衡量,它是路由器在某端口上的包转发能力。通常采用两个相同速率接口测试。但是测试接口可能与接口位置及关系相关。例如同一插卡上端口间测试的吞吐量可能与不同插卡上端口间吞吐量值不同。

开机延时:这是一种新的概念,电源在接通之初到提供稳定的输出必然需要一定的时间的稳定周期,在这个周期中电压的稳定度很难保证,所以电源设计者让电源延时100ms-500ms,等电源稳定后再向电脑提供高质量的电源。

Double Buffering(双重缓冲区处理):绝大多数可支持OpenGl的3D加速卡都会提供两组图形画面信息。这两组图形画面信息通常被看着“前台缓存”和“后台缓存”。显示卡用“前台缓存”存放正在显示的这格画面,而同时下一格画面已经在“后台缓存”待命。然后显示卡会将两个缓存互换,“后台缓存”的画面会显示出来,且同时再于“前台缓存”中画好下一格待命,如此形成一种互补的工作方式不断地进行,以很快的速度对画面的改变做出反应。

保护电平:保护电平是指当给电涌保护器加一个幅值为额定放电电流的电冲击后,在保护器出口出现的最大电压。这个电压将直接加在被保护的设备上。因此,为了达到有效的保护,电涌保护器的保护电平应低于被保护设备能承受的最大电压。

额定电压:用来标定器件,可长久地加在过压保护器两端的电压。

残余电压(Ur):当流过放电电流时保护器指定端的峰值电压。

风扇轴承:目前市场上的风扇,其轴承一共有三类:含油轴承、单滚珠轴承(也就是含油加滚珠)、双滚珠轴承。滚珠轴承的优点在于它的使用寿命长,同时自身发热量小,噪音小,比较稳定。而含油轴承在长时间使用以后,其中的油脂挥发,轴承磨损,后期噪音会很大,寿命也短。分辨是含油轴承还是滚珠轴承,最简易的办法就是用手拨动扇叶,用同样的力量,滚珠轴承的转动要更容易一些,转动的时间也长,而且在停下来的时候会稍稍往反方向转一下;而含油轴承的则明显不一样。

失真:失真分为波形失真,电压失真、电流失真…等,不论是何种失真,皆以百分比来计算,其失真的大小与谐波、电压、电流以及功率因子有关系。

电磁传导干扰:从电磁安全的角度上讲,电脑要符合电磁干扰标准。电磁对电网的干扰会对电子设备有不良影响,也会对人体健康带来危害。国际标准化组织和世界上绝大多数国家对电磁干扰和射频干扰制定了若干标准,标准要求电子设备的生产厂商对其产品的辐射和传导干扰降低到可接受程度,最著名的是“FCC B”,它是美国对住宅环境所制定的电磁干扰标准。

服务器电源:雷速体育服务器电源有两种,一种是冗余服务器电源,一种是大功率电源。冗余服务器电源由两个PC电源组合而成,两个电源之间通过一些特殊的电路进行连接,在一个电源工作时,另一个电源处于备用状态,当工作的电源突然出现故障时,另一个备用电源能在很短的时间内接替故障电源进行工作,以防止服务器出现“宕机”现象。冗余服务器电源一般用在银行、电信等不可“宕机”的部门,普通消费者往往并不适合采用。

输出阻抗:阻抗是电路或设备对交流电流的阻力,输出阻抗是在出口处测得的阻抗。与模拟输出串联表示的等价阻抗。阻抗越小,驱动更大负载的能力就越高。

输入电压范围:即UPS允许市电电压的变化范围,因为当地的电压波动情况直接影响UPS的运行,特别是有些地区电网比较恶劣,白天和晚上的电压相差很大。如果UPS 要24小时工作,在如此大的变化范围里,UPS能否工作至关重要。如不能工作,只有转电池,这样一则电池并没有用于真正的断电,二则频繁转电池会影响电池的寿命。如果该UPS的转电池装置为继电器,则对继电器的损坏特别严重,大大增加了UPS的故障率。

输入阻抗:阻抗是电路或设备对交流电流的阻力,输入阻抗是在入口处测得的阻抗,一个输入放在一个驱动它的信号源的负载数量。高输入阻抗能够减小电路连接时信号的变化,因而也是zui理想的。在给定电压下最小的阻抗就是最小输入阻抗。作为输入电流的替代或补充,它确定输入功率要求。
